  • What the ideal way to alerting the designated Point of Contact when there are any alerts.

  • Come up with a plan to roll-out the Platform to all of the PC’s with the least amount of interruption to your business.

  • Discuss Best Practices for your business, such a naming schemes and ways to keep track of software, and other assets.

  • Discuss any items that we need to be aware of (Low Availability laptops, etc).

  • Show you how to use the tools so that you can have full success on the platform
